Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from the use of Patient X are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the Delaware Uniform Arbitration Act (Del. Code tit. 10, §§ 5701–5725), administered in Wilmington, Delaware. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
